The future of Ocular Prostheses is fast approaching. The Center for Ocular Reconstruction holds both United States and International patents for improvements in the fabrication of artificial eyes.
These patents will move the field of ocularistry from hand made prostheses to highly accurate and reproducible computer generated prostheses. They will be fabricated by computer based upon an impression of the patients individual socket anatomy.
